Karis Doll Collection strives for 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Full-price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date after shipment. Merchandise must be received within 30 days of delivery date.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. No refunds are issued after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories. We do not accept used doodle books with markings or drawings.

All returns must be accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Karis Doll Collection reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles from the day you return your merchandise for your account to be credited.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

· First check your bank account again.

· Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

· Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@karisdolls.com.

 

Order Discrepancy

If you receive damaged/incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact us within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Certain information may be required for verification:

· Photo of the packing envelope/box 

· Photo of the packing list 

· Photo of the damage/incorrect item

Customers may email the above information to info@karisdolls.com. We will review the order and respond within 48 hours.

 

Sale Items

Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

Final-sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@karisdolls.com.  We will send you a guideline of next steps and the mailing address to send your items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Karis Doll Collection will not be responsible for any shipping loss.
